Walking track

Though bush walking may not be the main reason for most people to visit Muriwai, the Muriwai Lookout Track should be able to convince most people that perhaps it should be. The track has a good surface and winds past mature coastal bush before displaying some of the best views on the west coast from the lookout platform. A great place for a spot of lunch or to watch the sunset.
