This multi-use walking and mountain biking track makes for a nice detour from the North Coast Track. Make your way out to the Tokatu Point Lookout or around the Tokatu Loop Track or for fantastic views. See the very rare prostrate manuka which grows low to the ground near the point. There are no marker posts on this track but there are directional routed signs at track intersections. Please be aware that some sections of this track are steep and can become slippery in the winter.
